Each display box contains 125 extra-long safety matches with 4-inch stems. The box measures 4 × 4 × 1 inches.

Materials Which materials are certified?

The match stems use FSC-certified wood, the box uses FSC Mix certified paper, and the protective outer wrap is compostable.

Delivery Where and how does VANDRE ship?

VANDRE ships to all 50 U.S. states. Safety matches travel by carrier-approved ground service, so expedited or air delivery may not be available. Ground shipping is free on orders over $50 after discounts and before taxes. We do not currently ship internationally or to U.S. territories. See our shipping policy.

Timing & tracking When will my order arrive?

Most orders are prepared within one business day, or up to two business days during launches, holidays, and high-volume periods. After shipment, delivery is generally 2–7 business days in the contiguous United States and 5–10 business days for Alaska and Hawaii. These are estimates rather than guarantees. A tracking email is sent when your order ships, and carrier movement can take 24–48 hours to appear.

Returns What is the return policy?

Eligible U.S. orders may be returned free within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and secured in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Contact hello@thevandre.com before mailing anything; approved returns receive a prepaid label and instructions. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or the return resulted from our error. Review the full return policy.

Please contact hello@thevandre.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, shipping box, internal packaging, and shipping label. Keep all packaging while we review the issue so our client-care team can make it right.
